Servings: 3

Equipment:

  • Citrus Press

  • Mixing bowl

  • Food processor or blender

  • Fine-mesh strainer

  • Whisk

  • Three 16-ounce Mason jars

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (8 oz) fresh-squeezed lemon juice (about 5 - 6 lemons)

  • ½ pound (8 oz) fresh strawberries,

  • 3 ounces simple syrup (add more if you prefer a sweeter taste)

  • 1 cup (8 oz) water

  • Cubed ice

  • 1 ounce Saka PINK

  • Garnish with a small strawberry and a lemon round

Directions:

  1. Begin by juicing the lemons over a mixing bowl, making sure to remove the seeds from the juice. Set aside.

  2. Next, hull the strawberries, then add them to a food processor or blender. Puree for about 1 minute or until smooth.

  3. Strain the strawberry puree through a fine-mesh strainer to remove the seeds, then add the puree to the mixing bowl containing the lemon juice. Add the water and simple syrup. Begin to whisk the ingredients together until mixed well.

  4. Fill three Mason jars with ice, then add the Saka to each individual jar to ensure precise dosing. Add 1 cup (8 ounces) of the strawberry lemonade mixture to each Mason jar.

  5. Seal the jars tightly with a lid, then shake for 10 - 15 seconds to combine the ingredients. You can either serve the Strawberry Saka Lemonade in the Mason jars directly or transfer to a glass of choice.

  6. Garnish with a small strawberry and a lemon round, then enjoy!
