Green Goddess Dressing

Makes enough for 2 salads

A classic San Francisco favorite, created at the Palace Hotel in 1923, this delicious salad dressing has our own little green twist.

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt

  • ½ cup of mixed fresh herbs (dill, parsley, cilantro, basil)

  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 2 scoops Mondo THC Powder

  • 2 pinches of salt

  • Generous amount of cracked pepper (to taste)

DIRECTIONS

Blend everything in a mixer to a fine consistency. Pour over your favorite salad mixture, or use as a vegetable dip!


Movin’ & Groovin’ Morning Shake

A rich chocolatey way to start a productive morning.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 frozen bananas

  • ½ cup of coffee, or 1 shot of espresso

  • ¼ cup of granola

  • 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder

  • 1 scoop of Mondo THC Powder

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

Blend all the ingredients together and pour into a large glass. Then go kick some ass.


 

Mini Apple Crisp

Makes 1 serving

This delicious little treat for a self-care sort of evening. Pairs perfectly with a sweet n’ spicy tea.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 apple

  • Pinch of cinnamon

  • Pinch of brown sugar

  • 1 scoop Mondo THC Powder

  • 1 tbsp oats

  • 1 tbsp butter (or cashew butter)

  • 1 tbsp flour

  • Pinch of cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

  1. Set oven to 400 F

  2. Slice apple into thin strips, and cut into quarters

  3. Add apple slices into small bowl and mix with cinnamon, brown
    sugar, and Mondo cannabis powder.

  4. Put mixture into ramekin, or small muffin tinCombine all topping crisp ingredients (oats, butter, flour)
    and mix well with fork or fingers.

  5. Place on top of apple mixture and pack down

  6. Bake in oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown

  7. Optional: Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream
