Witch Fingers with Do Drops (2.5mg THC)

Ingredients

  • 2C. all purpose flour

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp fine sale

  • 1/2C. (1 stick) unsalted butter, at room temp MINUS 1 tsp of butter

  • 4.6 droppers of Farmaceuticals THC Do Drops (70mg THC)

  • 1C. sugar

  • 1tsp pure vanilla extract

  • 28 large sliced almonds

  • green food coloring

  • 1/2C. raspberry jam

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 325 and place the oven rack in the center of the oven. Place a silicone baking mat on a baking sheet OR spray the baking sheet with vegetable oil cooking spray. Set aside. 

  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.

  3. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat the butter, Do Drops, and sugar together until light and fluffy, scraping down the sides of the bowl with a spatula as needed, about 2-3 minutes. Add in the desired amount of green food coloring. Beat in the egg and vanilla until smooth. Gradually beat in the flour mixture until a dough forms. 

  4. Using about 1 1/2 TBS of dough at a time, roll the dough between your palm into 5-inch-long fingers about 1/2- inch thick. Firmly press a sliced almond into the end of each finger to make fingernails. Make several horizontal cuts, about 1/4 inch deep and 1/2 inch long, in the center of each finger to make knuckles. Press the dough on either side of the cuts to shape the knuckles. Arrange the fingers on the prepared baking sheet and bake until light golden, 16-18 minutes. Transfer the fingers to a wire rack and cool completely. 

  5. In a small saucepan, heat the jam over low heat until warm, about 2 minutes.

  6. Dip the blunt ends of the fingers in the warm jam and arrange on a platter.

Vegan Pumpkin Soup with Balance Oil Drizzle (5mg THC, 5mg CBD)

Ingredients

  • 2 TBS coconut oil

  • 1 small or 1/2 large head of cauliflower chopped into florets (about 3 cups)

  • 1 medium yellow onion diced

  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 3 garlic cloves minced

  • 3/4 tsp ground cumin

  • 1/2 tsp ground coriander

  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

  • 3C. low sodium vegetable broth (plus extra as needed)

  • 1 15-oz can pure pumpkin puree (NOT pumpkin pie filling)

  • 3 TBS pure maple syrup

  • 2 TBS almond butter

  • 1C. unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 dropper of Farmaceuticals Balance Oil for each bowl served (1 dropper = 5mg THC, 5mg CBD)

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in Dutch oven over medium heat. Add cauliflower, onion, salt, and pepper and cook until the onion is softened and translucent, about 5 minutes. Stir in garlic, cumin, coriander, and nutmeg and cook for 30 seconds, just until fragrant. 
    Stir in broth, pumpkin, maple syrup, and almond butter. With a wooden spoon, scrape up any browned bits that have stuck to the bottom of the pot. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and let cook until the cauliflower is softened, about 10 minutes. Stir in the almond milk. 

  2. With an immersion blender, puree the soup until very smooth. Alternatively, you can transfer it to a blender in batches to puree (be careful to fill you blender no more than about halfway; hot liquids will splatter). Return the pureed soup to the pot. Stir to heat through, then adjust consistency with additional broth as needed. Season with additional salt and pepper to taste. The amount of additional salt you need will vary based on the saltiness of your particular broth and almond butter. Garnish with optional pumpkin seeds and drizzle Balance Oil on the top.

Buttery Snowball Cookies with Do Drops (6mg THC)

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 C. All Purpose Flour
    1 C. Butter (2 sticks), Room Temp

  • 1 tbsp. Farmaceuticals Do Drops (approx 144mg THC)

  • 1/2 C. Powdered Sugar + 1/2 C. for rolling cookies

  • 1 tsp. vanilla

  • 1/4 tsp. salt

  • 3/4 C. chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven 400 degrees.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together Butter and Powdered Sugar until uniform.

  3. Mix in Do Drops.

  4. Add in vanilla, salt, walnuts, and flour and mix well.

  5. Shape dough into 1 inch balls and place on a baking sheet tray lined with parchment paper at least 1 inch apart. Cookies will not spread.

  6. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes until set but not brown.

  7. Roll in powdered sugar while still warm.

  8. Makes 24 cookies, each will be approx 6mg THC.
